Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Baked Brie

This version, featuring warm brown sugar, cinnamon, and crunchy pecans, delivers a touch of sweetness and spice in every gooey bite. Ingredients:

  • 1 wheel of brie

  • 1⁄4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 cup pecans

  • 1 baguette, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the wheel of brie in a brie baker or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together.

  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the brie, then gently press the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture on top.

  5. Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the brie.

  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the brie is warm and soft, just beginning to ooze at the edges.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a minute or two before serving. Serve with warm, sliced baguette or your favorite crackers.

Optional: A sprig of fresh thyme makes a lovely garnish and adds a hint of earthiness, if desired.
